Dear Children: Let me explain this thing called summer. – We are THAT family.

THIS IS IMPORTANT.

A 2 year old and a 4 year old died in a house fire just yesterday. They are the family of relatives of mine (which means they aren’t related to me and I’ve never met them, but people who ARE related to me are grieving right now.)

Fire Safety isn’t very pinnable. I get it. And it’s not super fun to talk about.

But I will not apologize for using my blog space to remind you about it.

So if you haven’t already, please take the quiz. Learn some stuff yourself. And maybe help me win some smoke alarms for my local fire department to hand out. Because this is just tragic.
