Post Happy

What a week!

Is it just me or was that one a bit loooonger and crazier than usual???

Anyhoo…it’s time for another installment of Post Happy.

Where I share a few of my fave internet finds of the week.

****

I really loved this Open Letter to a Sbarros Employee by Moxie Momma.  So true.  Plus I love me some snarky.

If nothing else you have to check out the superhero character her husband created for her.  It really even looks like her!

Dude, I want one!

***

If you follow me on Facebook you already know that I won a free photo session and $400 in prints (!!!) from Jennifer Wilson Photography.

Who, ahem, was voted Children’s Photographer of the Year by the Professional Photographers of California!!!

Woohoo!

I’m pretty excited.  Eek!

Our last family photo was from when Henry was one.

I’m guessing the girls should probably be added, no?

****

These ADORABLE cupcake stands are made with cardstock.

The blog is in Portuguese, but don’t worry…just scroll down and you’ll find the .pdf for the template that you can download and use to cut out your pretty papers.

Be on the lookout for these at birthday parties in my neck of the woods.

Her blog is total eye candy too.  Just scroll around.  You don’t even have to read the words.  Who knew people who didn’t live in America could be so crafty and talented???

I kid, I kid.

***

And Joy.

Joy who will be the death of me.

Or my bank account…whichever comes first.

Who, when I emailed her the link to the paper and inexpensive cupcake stands above, sent me back a link for these:

Ceramic white cupcake stands.

A set of SIX people!!!

Can you just see a little family birthday dinner…me, andy, our four kids…

(no that’s not an announcement, just saying that’s how many stands I’d have left)

each of us with our own little cupcake on its own little teeny tiny itty bitty stand???

OH!

It’s too much people!

TOO MUCH!

And the fact that they match PERFECTLY with my Martha Stewart Cake Stands???

It’s a sign.

A definite and total omen.

I know it.  I can feel it in my bones.

***

And lastly, did you see that darling recipe card template I used for my Pasta e Fagioli recipe?

I got those from Bee & Nie.

It appears that I’ve given myself a new project.

Redoing my recipe cards.

Because you know, they should all match, right?

Cool sidenote, 50% of all proceeds from the sales at Bee & Nie go to the Maricopa Burn Foundation…who treated NieNie after her accident.

So if there’s anything you like, you can feel good that you’re getting a cute printable and helping out too!

Love it when that works out that way!  :)

****

And if you have been meaning to all week, give to Surfer Healing…only a couple of days left!!!  We are so CLOSE to $300!!!  Can you help us get there???!!!

Have YOU seen anything great on the internet this week?  Something funny, touching, crafty???

SHARE!

HAPPY WEEKEND!!!!

I'm a mom to four. A wife to one. I believe in story. I love telling you about mine and would love to hear yours. There's really no sense in wasting our suffering and not sharing in each other's joy. We're all in this together...even if it doesn't always feel like it.
