Enough said. We got discharged, the echocardiogram was exactly what Brenda suspected, and everything else was good. We went straight to Brenda’s office, she did her checkup (which was more thorough than the Pediatrician’s…..surprise, surprise. And now we’re home.

Yay! Congratulations! I love the name Henry Luke. Welcome to the world little one!
When you feel a little bit settled in (maybe a few months from now) I would love to hear why you decided to forgo Henry’s eye drops and vitamin K shots. I didn’t like the idea of indroducing anything foreign into Caedra’s body so early after her birth, but I could only find info (in my quick research) on why they do those things, not the possible risks or negative side effects.
