7 Me’s

So, a little different, but a little game I got roped into.

I got tagged by Kristin.

Here are the rules: Each player starts with 7 random facts/habits about themselves. People who are tagged need to write on their own blog about their seven things, as well as these rules. You need to choose 7 people to get tagged and list their names. Don’t forget to leave them a comment telling them that they have been tagged and to read your blog!

1. Fact: I am deathly afraid of thunder. Not lightening (except that it means thunder soon). I’m not just afraid of thunder…I am TERRIFIED by it. The last two thunderstorms…Andy was out of town and I thought I was going to die. I’m not even kidding.

2. Fact: I used to have a sticker on my truck in high school that said “I like my men pierced”. Yup, it’s true. I admit that while I married the clean cut boy, I dated the bad boys. (And Lindsey, I also used to have my belly button pierced…but pulled it out after 1 year of it still not being completed healed. Now that I’m pregnant, you can see the scar that used to be the INSIDE hole!).

3. Fact: I LOVE milk. With ice. I would gladly give up sodas, candy and many other foods if it means I can keep my 1%.

4. Fact: I’ve always toyed with the idea of law school. But, can’t afford it and don’t particularly want to be a lawyer.

5. Fact: If I were rich, I would have someone wash my hair for me every day. Love that part of haircuts!

6. Habit: I blow into glasses when I pull them out of the cupboard. Apparently to make sure they’re not dusty?

7. Fact: I’m a bad liar. So, it means I don’t do it very often. This sometimes creates quite uncomfortable moments of honesty.

There you have it. Some were interesting. Some weren’t. But hey, Kristin made me do it.

Oh, and no, I’m not tagging 7 more people…not because I’m being a bad sport, but because anyone I know who has a blog has already been tagged. :)

I'm a mom to four. A wife to one. I believe in story. I love telling you about mine and would love to hear yours. There's really no sense in wasting our suffering and not sharing in each other's joy. We're all in this together...even if it doesn't always feel like it.

hee, hee, thank you! so you like to break rules too (not tagging other people)! i love that! it reminds me of one more fact: i do NOT pass on chain letters or emails for the specific reason that some one thinks they can pressure me into doing it.

i did this game because it thought it was fun and wanted to read every one else’s. don’t even know what “meme” is, even after i looked it up.

We have lots of thunder in Colorado… house shaking thunder actually. My daughter gasps whenever she hears it. If it is really loud, she will look at us to let her know it is still okay. I’m not a big fan. I think Colorado has the third most reported deaths due to lightning strikes, or maybe the third most strikes anually. I don’t remember.
