He can sit!
Okay, sort of. It’s probably not so much sitting up, as it is being bent in half. He tips over after a bit and sometimes ends up doing the splits because he’s leaned forward so far. It’s not real steady, but it’s something! By the way, that glazed over, mouth open stare is his standard “TV Watching Look”. It’s awful. The kid LOVES TV. I don’t really allow it, and usually I either turn him away or turn the TV off, but it worked well in this case so that I could take pictures.
I’ve noticed he’s been gaining quite a bit of weight lately. His thighs are beginning to fill out. I wonder if it’s because I’ve cut out dairy and now he’s absorbing nutrients better? Maybe. It might be coincidental? Either way, I think it’s cute!
I'm a mom to four. A wife to one. I believe in story. I love telling you about mine and would love to hear yours. There's really no sense in wasting our suffering and not sharing in each other's joy. We're all in this together...even if it doesn't always feel like it.
