I’m actually pretty ticked about the whole thing.
Like, really mad.
Two years old?!
Are you kidding me???!!!
NOT okay.
Not even a little bit.
Because I am here to tell you that it does NOT feel like two and a half years ago that I first saw this image:
I will never, ever, ever forget that moment.
I will never forget what that felt like.
I will never forget the crazy, happy, terrified, overwhelming wave of emotion when my suspicions of twins were confirmed.

(As I was searching for old pics on my blog of the girls, I stumbled upon the post of all of my twin belly pics. My skin hurts and I get a wave of nausea just looking at them. Go see for yourself. No, really. It’s pretty crazy.)
I’m not gonna lie.
Super hard.
But for real…could you just die at the cute?
I want to eat them.

Happy Birthday to those sweet girlies! Oh how they have changed since they were first created and discovered to be twins :) So many fun times have been had!! I REALLY need to get over there before they are in kindergarden!!! See you soon!
I love the fact that the ultrasound picture looks like a heart! What precious, sweet little blessings you have. My youngest son will be 2 years old on 7/21/11 and I’m absolutely amazed at how the time flies!
Awwww, they are SO adorable!!! My best friend has 6 month old twin boys and when I look at them I am still just in awe of God and what a woman’s body can do. Not to mention that 5 months before she got pregnant with twins she was at Mayo Clinic having half of her pancreas removed due to a tumor that was found and almost killed her! And then BAM, God changed her fate and she became a mom to two perfect little boys a year later =)
Okay, I got off the subject. Happy birthday to your two-two’s. I agree with you as I totally did not give my sons permission to turn 1 and soon 3 ;)
