You know it's not your first kid when…

You want an oreo.

And you don’t want to wait for naptime.

BUT (and most importantly) you don’t want to share.

So…you let your kids eat the processed sugary nasty goodness.

I’m pretty sure in the category of Best Mom EVER, I’d get first place if kids voted.

Likely last place if adults voted.

Evs.

I take the kids’ side.

Thank you to everyone who donated in honor of Courtney.

I'm a mom to four. A wife to one. I believe in story. I love telling you about mine and would love to hear yours. There's really no sense in wasting our suffering and not sharing in each other's joy. We're all in this together...even if it doesn't always feel like it.

This is too funny! I just gave my daughter(my first) and the little boy I watch an Oreo just the other day because I wanted one and nap time was here and gone already! :)

Oh the things you will do for some processed sugary goodness!

You make me laugh! You have come so far as a mom! OMG, with Henry, you would have none of that! Have a wonderful weekend!

Lynette-you are right, I would have died before I let Henry eat an Oreo…while a lot of that was first time mom jitters…he was also allergic to dairy and soy…and I was afraid of giving him anything because he would be sick for days if I gave him something that didn’t agree with him! SOOOO glad those days are long gone! :)

    Wait… we’re not supposed to give our kids Oreo’s?? I never want to share! :-) Bella’s a lucky first-born.

Funny going in… not so funny going out… :-)

Let me rephrase that. I think it’s funny going out, too, but only because I don not have to change it.
