No, we’re not having twins. Well, I don’t know actually, I haven’t had an ultrasound yet. But I had a mild panic attack the other night when the thought popped into my head…”What IF it was twins???!!!???” How insanely crazy would that be?! When I mentioned it to Andy his response was: “That’s not even funny. Don’t ever say that word again.” Ha!

okay that just wasn’t fair – I read the title and went “SHUT – UP”. Isn’t it normal to have twins pop in your head when you’re pregnant? I did until the doctor guaranteed me there was only one mcnugget in there. Twins would be fun in some ways, but sooooo much work in others.
yeah, cade always reacted the same way whenever i mentioned twins. you should watch john and kate plus eight. cade couldn’t even watch that show he would get so freaked. i agree with what serenity now just said–so much fun and sooo much work. when will you find out?
Joy-Not sure when I'll have an ultrasound, havent even really figured out what we're doing for a doctor, although I am going to see my midwife on Wednesday for my first appointment. (no ultrasound there).
Brianna-Yes, twins would be great in a lot of ways, I think I just get VERY overwhelmed at the idea of NEWBORN twins. All that nursing!!!! I thought I nursed 24/7 with just ONE! Yikes!
Oh, and as for the John and Kate plus 8 show…I HATE it. I feel like Kate is such a B*&*&&( to her husband. I can't stand watching her relationship with him, so I have a hard time watching the show at all. She always talks over him, cuts him off mid sentence, rolls her eyes…and that's even if she's paying attention to him at all. I can imagine how frazzled she is as a mom, but it still bugs me. Rant over.

I totally agree with you about Kate, though my language would not be as foul. (HA!) I thought it was just me- everyone I talk to loves that show. They even renewed their vows in Hawaii, and during the ceremony she griped at her kids! Whatever…
Ha! I think you should do a seperate post on "john & kate plus 8!" She drives me crazy as well. It seems as though she might be on the verge of a breakdown at any moment, and watching that gives me serious anxiety. One day i asked myself, "um, WHY am i getting all wound up over this dumb show??" So i turned it off and haven't looked back since. :)
