Um, yeah.
Let’s just say my camera has over 160 photos on it.
And I have already gone through and deleted about 200 of them.
My shutter finger was cramping.
Not kidding.
IT WAS SO MUCH FUN!!!!
Oh my goodness! What a kick!
I didn’t realize what a difference…that little shutter clicks so fast I can actually catch SMILES!
Shocking.
And the telephoto lens???
(that’s the “big one”)
Best. Gadget. EV-ah.
I took lots of pictures of our garden.
1) because it’s pretty and makes me happy.
I’m already seeing that the lighting at 10 a.m. is bit too bright…
{did you catch my fancy screen door?}
2) because my garden doesn’t whine, doesn’t move, doesn’t want to be nursed, doesn’t ask for *another* cup of milk, and doesn’t give me the look of death.
(is it just me or does she look 16 in this picture?!)
3) it doesn’t yell “NO MORE PICTURES MOMMY!!!!”
But, oh sweet DSLR, how your Speedy Gonzalez shutter allows me to capture photos I have struggled to get with my point & shoot.
And this photo. Man, this is just LUCY. Attitude. Secure. Strong. Don’t mess with this chick.

When I purchased my first laptop I literally sat with it in my front hall in the box for an hour and a half debating if I should return it or open it up. I opened it and was so happy.

I have to laugh….my birthday was last week and my family gave me a NEW Canon SLR PLUS photography classes at our local community college! I am ecstatic….cause even with my old Canon SLR and before the classes, I took 990 photos at Disneyland with my kids last week. Oh the joy!! Can’t wait to see more of your’s!!
