What’s this all about?
It’s simple: Rocking social media for GOOD.
Taking what the world intended for shameless self promotion and using it for something bigger and better than ourselves.
Encouraging others to do it too.
So this week, when you’ll inevitably be at Target or the grocery store anyway, collect cans and donate* them. Insta your collection efforts.
Bonus: take your kids. Talk to them about it. Why it’s important. Why it matters.
Helping others should not be limited to the month of December.
Be sure to use the hashtag #instafooddrive so we can see what everyone is doing.
If you have a blog, write a blog post about it and link up to InstaFriday on March 9 here at Life Rearranged. You might even win a prize if you play along.
I can’t wait to see what we can do together!!!!
Tell your friends!
*Finding a place to donate your cans should be easy once you are looking for it. Your local grocery store often has bins, a nearby church is likely collecting, or even finding a food bank or homeless shelter. Don’t be discouraged! This is worth it. I promise.
