Habitat for Humanity, Twitter, Prizes, and P&G

Happy Sunday friends!

You know that one of my most favoritest things in the whole wide world is when companies use their influence and their brand to Do Good.  It’s something I’m always on the lookout for and I’ve shared various campaigns with you over the years.  So when I was invited to co-host a Twitter party with P&G to share and discuss how P&G employees and brands make a small but meaningful impact by partnering with Habitat for Humanity to bring the comfort of a home to families around the world, I was like “Yes please.  Where do I sign?!”

(You know how much I love the words “small but meaningful” right?!  Loooooove.  The world is a big place with big problems.  We do what we can with what we have.  No ostriches allowed.)

So, if you’re available and would love a chance to chat and maybe win one of five gift baskets valued at $200 each, join us on Twitter on Wednesday, June 17 at 8PM EST.  The hashtag for the party is #ComfortsofHome

RSVP here, and I’ll tweet with you then?

*Disclosure: my participation in this Twitter party is in conjunction with TheMotherhood and is compensated.  But as always, I choose sponsored content very carefully and you know that my heart is completely in this.  So, all opinions still my own.  Sponsored or not.  Because Good comes in lots of packages.  Also, I happen to love my Swiffer.  And my life was TRULY changed by the Magic Eraser.  As in, MIND BLOWN I FEEL BAD FOR PARENTS PRE-MAGIC ERASER.  And pre-Google.  And pre-YouTube.  But sidetracked.  The usual.  Post is sponsored.  The end.

I'm a mom to four. A wife to one. I believe in story. I love telling you about mine and would love to hear yours. There's really no sense in wasting our suffering and not sharing in each other's joy. We're all in this together...even if it doesn't always feel like it.
