It’s that time of the week again…FRIDAY!

So InstaFriday is late.

Sue me.

We’re on vacation.

And there’s no Internet at the house…and sneaking away for free wifi in town is actually more work than it sounds like.

Plus, I’m being lazy.

And loving every minute of it.

The kids are loving it too.

There’s lots of cousin time.

And swinging on porch swings time.

Lots and lots of ice cream and reading.

Lots of reading.

It’s good for my soul.

That Shauna Niequist is good.  Real good.

We’re on a lake.

And while the town the lake is in has admittedly seen better days (it’s really run down…sad, actually)…it turns out that there a couple of gorgeous wineries you can boat right up to.

It’s surreal.  Like stepping into another world.  Which is basically is.

Tucked away in a little corner of that Spanish (Italian?) Villa of a winery was this chippy bench and tree stump table.

Between that and the lime green pot, I was ready to hijack it all on the boat.

They wouldn’t even notice it.  Right?

I’ll take good care of it.  Promise.

This girl.

At breakfast.

She’s just too much some days.

With all the boating and swimming and eating and swinging comes sun kissed, water logged, and exhausted kiddles.

The best kind.
