InstaFriday

InstaFriday is a quirky way to share the little moments from your week!

Any cell phone pictures will work just fine…I just happen to have an iPhone and use the Instagram app!

Neither of us likes mustard.

Which became abundantly clear when someone realized the expiration date on it was 2008.

After they had already put some on their hot dog.

Oops.

I’m a sewing fiend lately!

Fun fabrics for a simple little project!

Hopefully I can get some fun pictures and share it next week!

I mean, I’m not the smartest person in the world or anything, but it seems to me that landing on your head or neck isn’t exactly on purpose.

To go through the trouble of a warning about it seems a little repetitive, no?

I have both a Silhouette and a Cricut.

While I love that the Silhouette allows for an entire internet library of images you can buy from…I still default to my Cricut if I can.

Henry found his potato gun.

But since we’ve been trying to eat better, we don’t have any potatoes in the house.

Which has proved problematic to the potato gun owner.

Pretty messy flower.

$3 dress.

One on one time with my girl.

Love.

Payless is having their BOGO sale right now so I picked up some crazy cute sandals for my girls.

Could you just die???!!!

So stinking cute.

I want them in my size.

Speaking of size…I took a second picture.

You know, to show the sheer difference.

Because remember…my girls aren’t just sisters.

They’re twins.

Born one minute apart.

Twins.

And that’s the difference in their feet.

Crazytown.

I cannot tell you how tempted I was to buy this.

It’s the 80 year old inside of me just itching to get out.

$6.98 people!!!

Am I the only person completely creeped out by these little stuffed singing toy things???!!!

They freak me out.

With their weird robotic voices and bizarre lips.

I’m not even gonna get into it.

Just gonna say that they won’t be living in my house.

The end.

I'm a mom to four. A wife to one. I believe in story. I love telling you about mine and would love to hear yours. There's really no sense in wasting our suffering and not sharing in each other's joy. We're all in this together...even if it doesn't always feel like it.

Um yeah, I’d much rather have a cute stuffed animal puppy than one of those things. Whatever they are.

We go through mustard like fiends around here. Particularly one sister…

LOVE those cutie shoes. I would totally wear them!

    Happy Friday, Jeannett! :)

Thank you for not buying that snuggie. ;)
I am glad to hear that you still default to the Cricut when you can. While I don’t yet have a Silhouette, I do have a Cricut and I do love it so. I feel like they’ve gotten the shaft on blogs, poor things.
That’s a crazy size difference for your twins!! Its funny…my daughter is 2.5″ taller than her twin brother, outweighs him by 8#, and has a size and a half in shoes. And she was the one with issues at birth.

I had almost that same expired food moment this week except ours was mayo. Ugh!

I don’t have a Cricut but have a strong suspicion my life might be a lot more fun if I did. :)

That snuggie towel is wrong on many levels.

I saw a grown up version of one of those pairs of sandals at Walmart last night – http://www.walmart.com/ip/Faded-Glory-Women-s-Delia-Ruffle-Thong-Sandals/15149366

Sing-a-ma-jigs= FUH-REAKY! My MIL gave each of my boys one for Christmas. They’re creepy. (The sing-a-ma-jigs, not my boys) They even have freaky buck teeth. They live way in the back of the top of their closet right now. They will live in the garbage eventually.

I am not proud to admit this, but I so would have bought that snuggie. I have such a hard time turning down a deal. usually that is because my head is screaming, “do you know how much you could save by buying that!?” Would I ever use it, probably not. Would I give it for someone as the best gift ever. Yes, I am not above that.

Anyways back to reality, I cannot wait to see what projects you make!! & I must say those little shoes are too cute. I know how your little peanut feels. My “little” sister is 5 years younger than I am. She is bigger than I am though & I am the one who always gets her hand me downs (which is AWESOME). She looks older than I do too. When I was registering at college my freshman year, everyone was asking HER which dorm she was going to live in. That was 5 years ago. She was 14!!

So funny you mentioned those singing toys. My son just insisted on buying one for his little friend for her birthday. I called and apologized to her mom before the party!
