InstaFriday

Don’t have that big bulky camera with you all day long to snap the random, funny, and just plain sweet moments of everyday life?

Snap a camera phone pic and then weave it all together into a post that gives a snapshot of your week!

I use my iPhone and the Instagram app, but any camera phone pics will do!

This is that time when bokeh, apperture, and shutter speed mean NOTHING!

We have never ever ever allowed our kids to sleep in our bed.

Mostly because it was just a habit I never wanted to have to deal with breaking.

But lately, Henry’s been asking if he can sleep in Daddy’s spot when Andy’s out of town on business.

I die.

P.S. What’s up with boys having perfect eyebrows and long eyelashes???

Look how pretty my all white dishes look in the dishwasher!

Is it sad that this makes me happy?

Don’t answer that.

Oh hydrangeas how you make me swoon!

This time of year my plants are blooming.

I’d like to pretend its because I have a green thumb.

But it’s really just because Andy sets the automatic sprinklers.

The Pioneer Woman tweeted at me yesterday.

Like, personally.

On a scale of 1 to 10 on the Your Life is So Pathetic That This Made You Do A Little Dance In The Kitchen, I’m gonna go with a solid 12.

Dinner with girlfriends.

Mexican food.

Diet?  What diet?

Worth it.

Jilly’s artwork would have been invisible if my cabinets were still orange honey oak.

Luckily, Mr. Clean has invented the most amazing cleaning product known to moms…The Magic Eraser.

I don’t know what’s in that weird disintegrating foamy sponge thing, but it is fairy dust and happiness and abracadabra awesome all rolled into one.

And you’re gonna think I’m super weird now when I say that I almost cried and handed her more crayons when I saw her going to town…

because I was so happy that she was ABLE to get into trouble.

I ordered sofa slip covers from uglysofa.com.

And they’re totally not kidding when they say that they are from a certain store that shall remain nameless but rhymes with Lottery Yarn.

Not only was the packaging legit, but even the hang tags sewn into the cover were too.

Holla!

A brand spanking new Joann’s opened up by my house last week.

I went the first day it opened.

It was my first time ever in a Joann’s.

I know!  I know!

And I might marry it.

Because seriously???!!!

Rainbow rows of pom poms and grosgain!

This might be dangerous.

Actually, it kinda already is.

Now it’s YOUR turn!

Grab a button and link up my friends!

I'm a mom to four. A wife to one. I believe in story. I love telling you about mine and would love to hear yours. There's really no sense in wasting our suffering and not sharing in each other's joy. We're all in this together...even if it doesn't always feel like it.

Aww, I grew up with Joann’s, but have lived without it for almost 11 years! It’s definitely one of the many things I miss from my childhood. Joann’s & Friendly’s & good NY style pizza! But luckily, a Friendly’s opened about 30 minutes away. And do we make the long drive on occasion? YES, we most certainly do!!! I just started reading your blog & love it. I think I’ll subscribe now. Thanks, and have a great day!!!
