Pink!

The girls’ birthday party was on Saturday and pink, pink, pink, pink was the theme.

Enjoy the parade of pics! :)

Invitations using Little Days font and a silhouette from my Cricut.

A fun birthday banner I borrowed from Lindsey.  Why make it when she already had one?

I butchered every hydrangea bush in my garden for the tables.

Photo books of the girls’ first year.

Cupcakes.  Half of them said Happy Birthday Jilly.

Threatening to get dirty before guests arrived…

Look at my big girl sitting up all by herself!!!!!

I made the girls shirts…so you know…people could tell them apart.

Who knew grandpa would love being buried in pink???

Singing.

Chowing.

And while Jilly and I diligently opened presents…

Daddy and Lucy goofed off…

We worked and worked opening all those gifts…

and Daddy checked for poop…

and Lu modeled hot pink high tops and a tutu.

Happy Birthday Baby Girls!!!

I'm a mom to four. A wife to one. I believe in story. I love telling you about mine and would love to hear yours. There's really no sense in wasting our suffering and not sharing in each other's joy. We're all in this together...even if it doesn't always feel like it.

I’ve been busy getting my craft on for my girls 1st birthdays. You did a great job. I love the photo album idea. Unfortunately, my girls are so stinking identical that I have no idea who is who in 98% of the pictures.

Where did you get those tutus? I must have some. We’re doing a pink/lime green/monkey party. Looks like I need to dust off my Cricut!

So glad the high tops fit! I can’t believe the tutu’s are still on while they (you) opened gifts! They are so cute! Great job on the party, Jeannett! You, once again, provided an outstanding party! and you have it all documented for them to see how cute they were…when they are teenagers :)

LOVE! Happy Birthday Babies! Look at miss Jill sitting up! And they said she wouldn’t be doing that by her first birthday…You show ’em, Jilly! And Lucy, could you be any cuter in your fluffy tutu?

So cute! I have a houseful of boys so I don’t see much pink around these parts! I did use mason jars as drinking glasses at my oldest boy’s birthday party on the 4th of July and several people looked at me funny. I was happy to see you use them too! It’s stinkin’ cute!
