Why hellllllooooo there!
So, here’s the deal:
I know there’s a lot of you out there.
Don’t think I don’t have Google Analytics installed.
You think you’re sneaky, eh?
Reading my blog, sneaking out the backdoor to meet your other blog boyfriend?
Yeah, well, this mama ain’t dumb.
She hears that screendoor slam shut behind the three inch stillettos you can hardly walk in…
Actually, I totally understand.
I stalk blogs too.
The reality is that I often don’t have time to comment, or I feel like I don’t have anything to say (shocking), or I don’t have both hands free to actually type!
BUT, if you are a blogger, you know what I mean when I say that COMMENTS MATTER.
Honestly, they. make. my. day.
So, take this as a virtual guest book. Complete with a goofy feathered pen. And two little girls standing there supervising.
Take a sec, comment here, say hello, introduce yourself.
It’d make my day.
For reals.
Then you won’t feel so guilty when you think you’re being all stealth.
‘Cuz you’re totally not.
Just so you know.
(credit for de-lurk idea goes to gypsy mama!)
Came via the pleated poppy, will come again:)

I love your comment on Kim K. I totally agree with you. I want you to know that this is the first time I actually respond to a blog comment. I’m a busy mom of six children an I often feel guilty when I stop doing chores to check out facebook or even going through my email. For the first time, I don’t feel like this was a waste of time. Keep up the good work.
Hey- came by your blog via Daisy & Dots. As a business owner I am always looking for ways to give back whether through auctions and charity events. My passion is for children and families and therefore pursue those looking to help others in that fashion. Please contact me if there are ways I can help.
Thanks for sharing!
Hi, I’m visiting via The Pleated Poppy today, she always has such fun instagram pics & I see it started from here. I just started following your blog now. :-) Take care!
Hiya! I love you blog, of course, or I wouldn’t read it. Well, I guess that’s not true. I do follow blogs I don’t care that much about. I wonder why? I think I’ll go unfollow them. Time is precious, shouldn’t spend it on blogs you don’t care about, yada, yada.
But the point of all this chatter is… I won’t unfollow YOU. I know I’m one of the faceless mass of follwers but I do appreciate the things you post. Thanks for writing a good blog!

Hi!!! I’m in love with your sectional (hubby and I have been shopping for a while for one) and was wondering where you ordered yours from…also loving insta Fridays and linking up with you there!! Thx :)
Signing in and De-lurking here. Not a blogger, I actually have blog envy.. so many things I can only dream of doing AND write about. Happy to have found yours..
I’ve been a follower of your blog for a while, and just now noticed your “de-lurking” button at the top! ;) Cute! Well I love your blog, and can relate to some of the not so fun medical things you’ve been through with your children. My little boy was recently diagnosed with Coats Disease {which they initally thought was CANCER}, and it’s SO NICE to know that I’m not the only one who seems to be “fine and dandy” on the outside, and on the inside, I am breaking down with stress and sadness, that my little guy has to go through all the surgeries and procedures. I am inspired by your blog and I thank you for that!
xoxo

Aloha! Sarah here from Hawaii. I am deeply overwhelmed and jazzed by your site! Great graphics. Do most of you “pro” bloggers have graphic talent. I have been in the dark ages with my cut & paste spray mount techniques. I have so many questions! I guess a good one would be: what’s a good forum that a “new” blogger could ask questions about “how to blog” and get a response that a 3rd grader would totally get? This year I asked to be surrounded by people that inspire me…oh boy God is good:)
Mahalos!

Hello!! I am pretty new to this blogging thing and I’m really loving the community. I am a wife and mother to 2. Daughter (3) and son (8 mos) are my world and I am so blessed to be able to stay at home with them! We moved to Florida last year and trying to adjust to the “one season” has been interesting. What happened to Winter? Anyways. I live your blog and would live for you to stop by mine as well! Thanks
Jenna
I stumbled upon your blog from Lisa Leonard’s blog!! I’ve never been here before and I’ve been browsing for a while. I am LOVING what I have found. I’ve signed up and followed along every way I can find. I’m Ami, by the way. A mommy of a precious 3 almost 4 year old girl. I’m a wife too! Hubs is in the dog house right now as I have YET to have seen the Hunger Games :( I blog over at AliLilly. It’s mostly about my crazy crafty endeavors and a lot about my princess.

Hi Jeanette!
I found you via Lisa Leonard a long time ago and just decided to de lurk! I’m not a blogger but would love to be! I am a nurse/wife/mama of 2 lovely girls and one crazy calico cat! I stayed at home while my girls were small and I love reading your stories of your sweet time with the kids! I think that was some of the best times in our lives so far! Enjoy!
Once you go back to work, you NEVER have enough time!!!! Really life is still wonderful, just in different ways. Like you, I am truly blessed!
I am now following you! Found you through an instafriday link up & I can’t wait to link up my photos & see others!!

Hi… I know I’ve been under a rock, but my friend just introduced me to your blog on Sunday. And so I wanted to say Hi! And I’d love to share one of the rearrangements my life is under at the moment. Oh there have been so many, but this is the one on the front burner right now. I love your blog!

I’ve been visiting for a few months religiously. Thought it was probably time to de-lurk :) I adore your blog and find you ridiculously hilarious.. but also am inspired by your words and much of what you’ve written/posted has helped me in many ways. So, thanks! And my word your kids are adorable!
Hello…Popping in to de-lurk… (it would be rude not to ….right??)
I have just come across your blog, and I am really enjoying it…
I’ve been reading your blog for about a year now and really enjoy your writing style. You make me laugh and cry and smile and it’s really a day brightener! I have a 5 yr old son who was born with a cleft lip & palate so I can identify with the special needs thing just a bit. I spend lots of time doing speech therapy with him! I fit right in with your club as I too am a wife to 1, a mom to 3, and a child of God who definitely doesn’t have it all together!
I found your blog via Simple Mom and loved your humor and writing style so much that I “liked” you on Facebook so I can stay on top of your posts. One of the few blogs that I keep coming back to, so thank you! :)
Hello There- Your story is amazing. I literally just wrote about people who seem to rise above it all and manage to have gratitude despite their circumstance. I would love to link your story to my last post. You are a true “case in point.” Thank you for sharing your life and grateful heart. I will be back for sure.

Hi
I’ve just recently started blogging and have been trawling blogs from all over. My 2 year old, Isaac, has cerebral palsy. He was undiagnosed breach at birth and due to the complications with his delivery had Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy grade 3 (I can type his diagnosis without having to check the spelling – I think maybe we both got our medical degrees at the University of Google). Isaac was very unsteady on his feet, as the brain damage he suffered in the basal ganglia is the area that affects his balance. Less than a month ago his physio got him a walker. It has made such a huge difference to his confidence and balance.
Would love for you to pop on over for a visit, and make sure you say “Hi!”
I look forward to learning more about your precious family.
Blessings

Your blog is the first one I’ve seen that has a de-lurking tab. I guess I stalk too many blogs, opps..I did’t know how much bloggers love comments. I don’t have my own blog but I read blogs for craft inspiration. I think I found you through the Pleated Poppy.
Bahaha, hilarious. Glad I clicked on your de-lurking tab, what a genius idea! Came from Jones Design Company, read your story and it is amazing. Your children are beautiful!

Love your blog! First time reader today… I actually came over from a link on the Hormonal Imbalances Facebook Page (your “Pinsanity” post). I was laughing out loud so… well, loudly… that my family came in to check up on me! I look forward to reading more from you in the future!

Hi,
I’m now a grandma, but I was first a Mom…Your stories are refreshing and bring back memories. A few days after our middle daughter was born, (her first day home), she began to have seizures. Your posts reminded me of the terror that settles in your heart when they “stop breathing”, and I remembered the exhaustion as well. My trips back and forth to the hospital created some of the eeriest feelings I’ve ever had; one foot in the world of sterility and structured anxiety and one foot back in the real world. I was checking on my little one at home; popping in to see the real world and running back to the altered one. That was thirty one years ago and I still remember those feelings.
I am also here to say that God is faithful. As a family we have walked through so many things; some because of illness, some because of bad choices, but in all things, God is faithful. Walking through illnesses is rough, but watching your kids take the journey to find their own faith is even more of a challenge.
I will pray for you and your’s. You have given us all a gift in this blog.
Thanks,
Susan Mocker
De-lurk had me laughing so why not…hello! I can not remember how I stumbled upon your blog, possibly from just hopping around. I’ve linked with InstaFriday before but fell off that wagon a few months ago. Project 366 has kept me busy and for a new blogger, I can only handle so much. My blog goal for this week will be an Insta :)

My name is Jessie, and I’m a lurker. I should say a former-lurker. Since I started blogging, I’ve definitely realized how important it is to stop and say hi, instead of just doing the blog version of a dine-and-dash. I really enjoy your writing and am happy to now be an official follower!

De-Lurk … delightful! I’d never seen it before … I must have stuck around lurking longer than usual! I wish I knew how I was first introduced to you but alas, I have no idea. Anyway, my name is Kimberly. I reign from the Mountain State (aka West Virginia). Oh now I remember, I hopped over & stayed longer ’cause I was curious about Instagram Fridays and the requirements to link up with you on those days … there, now you know everything ;) Have a great day!
I found your blog via Emily Jones. It is so wonderful! I just read your Jilly post, and cried all the way through it. Thanks for sharing, for being inspiration, and for helping me keep my life in perspective!!
